Any chance we could get more options in pirate creator like locking gender so you can only get male or only female pirates in the randomizer, An option to change the pirates pose when looking at them (The coin guys are catfishes). Maybe an option to lock to having two eyes so you don't get 1 eye pirates so many good pirates popup with 1 eye then rerolled never to see them again with both eyes. Just wondering if it's possible to add these features mainly the gender locking and pose changing.

Yup, some sort of filter would be cool, if you want a character of one sex or size no need to keep spaces open for all the others. I suspect that in the early years it was to hid how few options there were, also don't want ever single pirate to look like jack sparrow.@miserenz said in Pirate creator suggestions.:

Imo the way to do this is to have it as a part of an update that brings in multiple character slots for alt characters.
Imo it would be more successful by marketing it as "now you get to enjoy creating multiple stories through multiple characters, along with these new and improved character features"
On its own it's cool but it can really be sold as a solid season/part of a season when working together with character slots imo
I've suggested this before. The idea is that they want every pirate to be unique, but people don't settle for the first few pirates they spawn. They cycle endlessly till they find one they like. They need a handful of basic filter. Sex should definitely be one. If you're set on a male, or female pirate why waste the players time by spawning pirates they will reject immediately.
@rezzrik When looking for a new pirate usually people are looking for something specific. In the past I have already suggested, that being able to lock age, sex, bodytype and ethnicity would ensure that people arent wasting their time looking for a pirate that fits these parameters in the first place.
Leaving everything else random will ensure that pirates are still "unique". Also something that is kinda relevant and has been mentioned before is to change pose on the pirate you favorited to get a better/different look at the pirate.
