How to be a moderator,pioneer,deckhand?

    You don't.

    The only thing you can do in that list, you are already signed up for which is Pioneer/Insider.

    Pioneer is the former program that was replace by the Insider Program.

    As for mods and deckhand, you are asked by Rare, same as Boatswain.

    If the basis for the question is about how you can contribute around the community you can do that any time anywhere as you are.

    Your actions, effort, and thoughtfulness have just as much impact now as it would with a tag.

    No matter the day or time there are always people that can use encouragement and kindness or just a "Hi, how are you?"

    What may seem insignificant in the moment may be significant to others.

    The first rule in gaming communities regarding mods etc is don't ask to be a mod. Being active, being helpful and just being a good member of the community is usually what helps. People who 'want to be mods' aren't usually mods. Don't set these things as goals, if its meant to be, it will be.

    @triheadedmonkey apologies to ask, but I was curious about the reputation part of the profile, next to followers, days on the sea etc. Is there a post explaining that?

    Yes, each day you log into the Forum is counted.
    Not the amount of time you spent in the game.

    EDIT:
    Apparently you can exceed them, as i lost my Days at Sea Title.
