    I know that the Blessing stacks on top of costumes that act like clothing (ravenwood, trading company costumes, etc), but do they stack on costumes like Dark Warsmith or Spinal?

    It stacks with every costume and every regular cosmetic to my understanding.

    Yes stacks on anything you can equip in the clothing chest
