Trouble viewing/submiting requests.

    I'm running into an error where when i try to access my requests on the website i get a message saying i need to login even though i already am. I login anyway and it takes me to another page and when i try to view my requests after that it says i need to login again. How do i fix this problem?

    If it helps, I do not think it is a problem on your end, I am having the same issue.

    Multiple people have reported trouble with using the support system over the past few days. I sent them an email response to a previous support ticket and finally got a reply. So I think they do know, but it is the weekend and holiday so I don't know how long it will take to fix the issue.
