Recently I got stuck between a rock and a tree and for whatever reason it wouldn't blackscreen me back to my ship. I had no throwables, no crewmates and no skeletons would spawn so I was just stuck. Maybe add a way to return to the ship without having to be killed? I get that this could be abused to quickly teleport onto your ship if you're getting attacked, so that's why it should send you to the ferryman first, as if you've just died. I get that this is a rare occurrence, but I think it would be a nice option to have.
Add an "offer soul to ferryman" button encase you get stuck
black screen attempts to prevent this but it does fail from time to time especially in the roar or when lagging

Off the top of my head I can't think of abuses for the option. It wouldn't interfere with mermaid travel as the timeout would be around the same amount of time or greater and other than that it's nothing that 2 blunderbombs can't already create
Considering there are like 5 bugs that can be corrected by dying and going to the ferry an auto die option would be quite helpful

Just Alt+F4 and start up the game immediately. It will give you the option to reconnect to previous session.

Also works for the xbox pirates among us:
-press the xbox button
-select the game
-press start
-quitStart the game back up and when propted with "rejoin your previous session" press "A".
Don't spam "B" as that will select "No". XD
