So i made a reddit post on this, but nothing happened so i decided to take it here.
i did a handbrake turn for a quest and got the xbox achievement as well as the quest. but my steam acheivements still hasnt updated :/
Same with "full billow" "i wanna be a pirate" "shopping for a promotion" "laden with treasure" "dead pirates do tell tales" "a titanic ensemble" (this one was a daily quest) "bone cronch" "now bring me the horizon" "what shall we do with a drunken salior" "you fight like a merchant"... honestly, you get what im saying here, i dont need to list them all XD
Steam acheivements not working

This is a known issue, January's update includes a tracker to get to the bottom of this issue.
The development team are currently aware of an issue where when linking your Xbox Live account to Steam, that some previously earned Xbox Live achievements may not sync and unlock correctly for Steam.
Whilst the team are actively investigating this issue, we shall be releasing additional telemetry in the January update for Sea of Thieves to identify the exact cause of this issue with a view to fix in an upcoming update.

Yeah i had to relink my accounts because i kept getting lavender beard a few days ago :P
