Disconnect for no apparent reason

Today i was solo grinding for pirate legend and after some time i got around 20 skulls and after i reach an outpost i was suddenly disconnected and there was no main menu prompt tell me if i want to reconnect even after waiting for 20 mins there was nothing is there any way to fix this
