I need help with my Mixer!

I use the GoXLR as my mixer, meaning, I have a lot of different inputs and outputs for 1 microphone. I want to use the "Sampler" input as my Sea of Thieves in-game Chat microphone. But I can't switch Microphones anywhere, I changed that Input to my main Input and main communication device, I changed it in the Party Chat options, everywhere except on discord, It's defaulted to Sampler. But yet, It won't work in Sea of Thieves? How the hell do I change my Microphone ingame?
