Why can't we change hooks and peg legs on costumes?

    I think it's really dumb that we can't change this about costumes, it ruins story-building. I was really excited for these new outfits but then I found out they were costumes and it sucks big time...

    Or...dont wear the Costume once you unlock the Commendation. And mix and match your own outfit for the selected Faction. Thus still story building.

    Its a Costume.
