Pirate Legend/End Game Content

As a year one legend I have to agree. There honestly needs to be more for Legends to work for/ Have available specifically for them.

It would be great to see a better assortment of Clothing be it spins on Legend Stuff or Ghost stuff or even better BOTH so that legends can better show off their individual styles and not have to mix and match with the basic market stuff which never matches the Ghost or Legend clothing we have available.

Ghost Equipment and Weapons would be awesome to see along with completing the Ghost ship set with a Capstan, Wheel and Cannons.

A Legend specific Tall Tale would be great to honestly see as so little actually is available to specifically us. Even the Pirate Legend Pet cosmetics (Which being in the Emporium besides the point) is available to everyone to have which honestly kinda makes it feel like a slap in the fact to us Legends who worked out buts off to earn the title to get what little we have.

It's something that Legends have been asking for, for a long time, and even as a Year 1 with what we received, even though the stuff is nice, was incomplete sets with nothing to match them. (I.E. The Tankard with a glow with no other equipment matching, The Blunder with a glow with no other weapons matching, and The ship set missing the Capstan, Wheel and Cannons.) I think we have been pretty patient and what we have been given simply feels like last minute as though we are furthest on your minds.

Please start making more specifically for us Legends, to let us know we aren't just an afterthought, or have been forgotten.

idk about you guys i agree with this but rn im waiting for the "ugh why would we want PL locked content" comments but yeah we have been heavily neglected with ugly sets and just one special voyage to do reaching pl is not an achievement its currently a joke

and yeah i want new stuff new content new cosmetics im almost level 10 just one more level to go and i feel so disapointed because im grinding the same stuff i did to get to pirate legend to unlock what? an ugly ghost dress i can wear to make people laugh oh and not to mention the commendations are also doing the same stuff you been doing since day 1 some of them almost impossible to do the fact is alot of people will end up PL so i don't know why people don't want PL content they wouldn't have to be so disapointed as i was when i got PL i guess when i reach athenas 10 i can blast pvp all day long because theres nothing new or interesting things to being a pirate legend

@mr-dragon-raaar yeah i don't know but whenever im on the phone i just never bothered and its become a habit i guess the saying goes old habits die hard but yeah i hope they add something soon im running out of things to do

@m8h I could see a PL Prestige mode being added in as well, with new cosmetics, titles, and voyages being unlocked at each level.

This constant monthly grind is a bit ridiculous overall and even though its content, its not quality all the time. Kill this boss 25 times, kill this guy 25 times... blah blah blah. Love the story and tales but the monthly are lacking really for PL's and everyone.

PL's for sure need a boost on their own that is directly aimed at them and they need to move more to a daily challenge / weekly challenge that would keep the people going. This would be better than trying to have some cram in a month to get some things done (which takes a lot of crazy time) than what most people have.

Think about the Xmas time festival... The seas were packed with solid crews and fun out there. We need more of that rather than a few times here and there.

Hope we will see an update that is just purely aimed at the PL's and the seasoned players. We been here a long time and it would be nice to get some content towards us.

In my opinion they can add cosmetics later. It isn't what I crave for as a legend of the seas. New voyages, an epic tale... repeatable PVE content that isn't bound to a server event and make it a challenge! They are supposed to be legendary voyages, the one we have is just a collection of the others. I am missing a challenge in the PvE experience.

More levels, I don't see the point. In the end we hit it and we are max again. At some point that is what it means to be a veteran, you hit max level.

Pirate Legends have been neglected for long enough. They've spent enough time wining and dining the new players. It's time to focus on veteran players and add some longevity to the game's PvE content.

What I mean is that we should begin progressing as Legendary Captains at this point. Ship ownership, sailing out of the legend hideout, building our own "Black Pearl" as @MikeTheMutinous used to say.

There should be a Pirate Legend Tall Tale as well, about the Pirate Lord and the daggers in his back. This would serve as sort of the base narrative you experience for Pirate Legends, kind of how Shores of Gold is the base narrative for the world of Sea of Thieves in general.

As cosmetics... We've almost reached the 3rd year of the game's lifespan, and the Legendary and Ghost sets still remain incomplete. That's just wrong. Pirate Legends should have multiple full sets of exclusive cosmetics to show for their status!

100% agree with the above. It's been far too long we need something to work towards again.

@m8h 100% agree with everything and would be surprised if they weren't already working on something like this already, the fact that there isn't ghost cannons, wheel, or capstan is pretty telling. Also, after one hits A10 the thrill of turning in (especially stolen) chests of legends are greatly diminished.

Another feature I would like to see, which was partly in the early testing stages back when the game was being developed, is the ability to set sail from the legend hideout.

In the hideout, there is another wrecked galleon by the dock that is no longer accessible and basically has no use now. Instead, I would like to have YOUR ship spawn there, and then there will be a giant version of those waterfall-portals (like how you enter the hideout) in front of you that you can sail through.

When you sail through it, you will rise up out of the water like a skeleton ship in the ocean that is near the outpost you spawned on. And maybe if you reach Athena 10, have the ability to spawn anywhere you choose in the region where your outpost is.

This gives you a new reason to get Athena 10. I’m currently level 7 at the moment but this would be a great additional in my opinion.

Forgot to add this but this would only possible when you spawn, so you won’t be able to return to the hideout and set a new location to go to. Or maybe you’ll have to pay a very high amount of gold to do it again, adding a risk factor.

Also, the actual part that was being tested in development was that you find a bottle (probably already in inventory) that is named “ship in a bottle”. If you use it on your ship, the ship shrinks, and you will be able to bring it with you to the legend hideout where you can again release it.

I agree with everything except raising the Athena cap. We paid our dues with that tedious grind. I’m enjoying being a PL Athena 10. Helping my son and his friends reach PL. I feel a sort of freedom that comes from retirement. Now I want to collect my Pirate pension. Finish the Ghost set (ship items/weapons/equipment)
Name our ships, customize the interior layouts give us a Hideout that we want to go to.

It is nice being max level, but at this stage I would be glad to sacrifice it for new content and cosmetics lol we have wait long enough rare need to step up.

Yeah this really does need to be addressed, it's been way too long, I though this months content was a bit misleading and lacklustre as well.
