Have the official time for when this starts been announced? I know it begins on the 29th, but does that mean 12:00 a.m. BST? Thank you!

Starting and ending 24 hours too early for Melburnians. The first Tuesday in November is Melbourne Cup Day - a public holiday for us - and which many people turn into a four day weekend, by taking the Monday off as well.

As it is, Ghoul and Glory will end early Tuesday morning for us. We will just have to go the races instead. Or catch up on our sleep. :-)

Any confirmation on whether doubloon items will be doubled as well? Reapers chests, ritual skulls, rag and bone crates (I saved my voyages from Smugglers Fortune), etc.?

I'm curious if commendations and Tales completions would count double. I've got a smurf account that could use finishing up the Tales lol.

I knew I saved those Gilded voyages for a reason. ;)

There's still the joy of taking someone else's loot haul.

Whether you need it or not stolen loot always feels good to cash in.

The Arena doesn't appear to be doubled.

Silver is the same and the Gold after the game is the same. Both in the Sloop and Galleon mode.

EVERYTHING will be double XP and Gold - there are no exceptions! So make the most of it!
