Ferryman clothing set help

    I have the new controller.
    I've redeemed the code.
    Now how do I get the clothing?
    I've looked in a Vanity Chest and Clothing Chest it's not there. I've spoken to the shopkeeper and I can't see it there neither.

    Restart your game and look in the chests again.

    @october-soul yep there are no messages. Does having the disc version affect anything maybe?

    Weird. I claimed code a couple hours before launch. Then as it launches I had an Xbox message with a link to claim the pack.

    Same issue for me. Pre-ordered the digital version of the game, redeemed the code from xbox, opened the game and no clothes ro be found anywhere. Anyone find a solution for this?

    I'm having this exact same issue with the Mercenary Pack. Redeemed code, but no items anywhere to be found.

    This is on Xbox One X
    Physical Disc copy

    6 Players not receiving entitlements such as the Black Dog Pack

    Due to the huge number of players redeeming their entitlements we saw some instability occurring in the title. We have temporarily disabled this and a fix is in place for the first patch update, likely to arrive early next week.
    Status: Believed fixed for next game patch (ETA: early next week).
