Monkey Island-What's coming?-Man'O War?

    So the new trailer is out for the Monkey Island adventure is out and I would like to start a thread to discuss features or additions we might be getting.

    Big one being the potential addition of the Man'o War ship being used during this adventure!!! This will be amazing if true!

    Pretty sure that is the black pearl, right? so probably no Man'o War but we might meet Jack Sparrow again which is also pretty awesome - I hope they make these characters appear throughout the SoT world.

    Im pretty certain the Black Pearl in SoT is in the form of a Man' O war, and the guy at the docks is talking about which ship we want.........Do they have to make it more obvious for you. lol

    We are getting the option to actually sail the Black pearl this time around. I'm fairly certain but I could be wrong.

    I mean would be awesome to have a new ship on the seas that you could blow up with kegs, but I am struggling most days to fill up a Sloop not even talking about a Galleon or Brig, what would I do with an even Bigger boat, them Jawy megs haven't posed a threat for a long time.

    What’s so big about a ship type that isn’t a ship type but rather a mention to how many cannons a ship had? 1 extra person? More things that need to be managed? Half of you can’t even get a galley to sail efficiently yet want a GIANT ship. Then how do you act when a sloop dumpsters you?

    The Man'o'war would be cool, but it might ruin the game for smaller ships and people that aren't experienced enough in naval or PvP in general, because I assume it will only be used by pvp-ers

    no, if you've ever set foot on it it's not laid out in a way that would be halfway functional in a player's hands.

    That would be awful. The Flying Dutchman and the Pearl are not configured well for that at all. They would be horrific for a crew to manage.

    I'd love that. I mean, I'd never find enough of my mates with free time who want to help crew it, but it would be so cool!

    Though, I kind of doubt it'll actually be added. Maybe it's a tease for things to come in the far future..

    Notice how an NPC is steering the ship in another scene. This is likely to be similar to the fight on the ferry in the Pirate's Life tall tales.

    Would be cool to have another faction, Le'chuck fighting against everyone else in SOT trying to take over or something.
    Hope it's not just like the Disney content which is a sort of side thing and non existent in the actual SOT world.

    I'm hoping for either ways to set up zip lines, or a new swing shot weapon tool
