Before this hotfix Alt + Tab freezes were non existent. It's been the best it has been for a long time. Now they are back. Is there a chance you can find a permanent fix for this? It's fixed and then broken every other patch. I was really looking forward to be able to surf the interwebs while sailing the seas. Please, Rare!

I just use the windows key as a work around.
I've tried this method and it doesn't reduce the time frozen, if it does it's minuscule I'm afraid.

Are you on Steam?
I'm using the Windows Store/Xbox version. I don't get that at all.

It's a steam only problem.

I've had both versions and It wasn't an issue with MS store. They must have broke it prior to my switch to steam.

Unfortunately for you, I believe your problem is local to you.
I run the store version and I do not have this problem.
I recommend reaching out to support.
Allow me to add that more than a handful of people have told me that this problem is specific to the Steam version. It is not present in the Store version.
@personalc0ffee Many people that I know that are using the MS have the same issue, and using a great pc and trust me that ive checked it.
So its not exclusive to Steam...
