Recently, I have been encountering players that speak different languages other than English in a crew. In one situation, it became too toxic that it lead to brig abuse thanks to the language barrier. If the open crew option or game itself is going to be able to have pirates of different languages on the same crew, I suggest that you focus and prioritize a translator so that everyone can understand each other.

Стандартные фразы позволяют отдавать приказы своей команде, но не более. С их помощью невозможно сказать другой команде о своих намерениях. Невозможно попросить о помощи в выполнении событияи и т.д.there has been instances here with the barrier, but just like @Hynieth suggested, the wheel helps translate basic instructions to them, plus it translates to what ever that person is using in game.

If you're a European you're bound to run into a lot of language barriers. Adapt to them and use the Pirate speak. It can convey everything you need and otherwise my advice is to play with premade groups, friends; discord buddies or the LFG tool.
