I was very pleased with the addition of bildge rats to the game and upon completing some of the various skeleton thrones it got me thinking, what if there were more factions based on the clothing sets like the navy (admiral sets) or a faction based on the sea dog or soverign sets that would send you on different weekly quests, I won't go too in depth but there's a lot of potential, anyway just a suggestion, thanks :)

@narrowdwarf401 I agree that the accessory items to complete a set should be made available.... to those who have initiated the start of the set.
The matching item "Bone Crusher" set from Bilge Rat events could possibly be included with upcoming events. They should (and probably will) lock it in to future Bilge Rat events.
However, I feel they need to also wind back the clock and reward all who have defeated the megalodon with some extra doubloons. After all, that too was a Bilge Rat event.The "Sea Dog" set was an exclusive pre-order enticement that should remain as such. It would be unfair, perhaps even considered unjust or illegal, to break the deal of it being an "exclusive" enticement then suddenly release it for anyone (regardless of game pass or full (late) purchase).
It's kind of like paying for an early access game then they release it as an open beta after accepting your money.Anything such as the Chips Ahoy promotion should not have included items for the Sea Dog set. Especially when that was only promoted in the USA.
The matching accessory items should be made available in game only to those who fell for the "exclusive" pre-order purchase package, not just because some US residents were able to copy codes from a packet of cookies in the store.So yes, bring on the items but stay true to your word.
