@kajiri42 oh good one! I haven’t heard that one. Sounds like an eagle or hawk. War bird? Haha! At Thieve’s Haven there is a painting of an eagle head or bird head.
@purplemajic yea i keep hearing it and im like did you hear that to my friend and he is like no. It is weird, also very creepy noises

@purplemajic Bats at the outpost way on top of rocks, have to shoot yourself up there with the cannons.
@purplemajic yeah i think thats the kraken lol its usually right around 3am n it happens twice so 1min and 40secs (or an hour and 40mins game time) seems about right for the kraken, it does sound whale like tho, after this post everytime i hear it im like it does sound like a whale 😂
@geekster-t 😂😂 We have been at Plunder Outpost and heard guys talking about a shipwreck across from the outpost. Then we left and went to Snake Island and we could still hear them talking. They were then at the outpost talking about which pegleg to get. 😂
Then one time we pulled up to Plunder Outpost and we could hear a guy talking. We hurried and turned in our merchant and left. We seen his mermaid in the water.
@purplemajic Haha that's so funny. Mine only lasted a split second. Oh the 2nd story with the mermaid, for some reason it had a horror movie feel to it. Only after leaving, you found out he was lurking.
I wish I could add some more animals to the list, but all the ones I know, are already listed. The sounds in SoT are just as stunningly beautiful as the visuals. Going up on a mountain peak, hearing the wind, a waterfall, the sound the the flora moving ... ahh skeleton!
@purplemajic Those 'whale sounds' you are referring to are the cries from the 'Ogre of Marauders Arch'. He is imprisoned below bile-soaked rocks where he is tortured on a nightly basis. No specific time, just whenever his keeper feels he should call it a night.

@purplemajic good old kraken sounds early morning gametime (usually a couple times between 3am-4am gametime) i wonder what its moaning about? 🤔

@purplemajic Oooh, crabs? Where do you hear crabs? And how do they sound like? Ever since they teased it in HD been waiting to see if these guys get added in.
@lady-allrin I don’t know. I haven’t heard them myself, but Rough Leech above said giant crab at Plunder Outpost. I never stay at that outpost long enough to run around to notice anything because it seems like everyone goes to that outpost more than the other 2 southern outposts.
