My founders rewards will be awarded to the wrong Xbox gamertag

    I’m one of those people who constantly forgets their username and password everywhere, (I suspect goblins are changing my passwords from time to time, but that’s another story right now) and as such I ended up signing up for this forum with the wrong email address which links to the wrong gamertag.

    I’ve been awarded some in game founders rewards that I won’t be able to make use of unless these privileges can be changed from the wrong account (this one) to my other one. Is there any hope for me?

    @kjetro88 As long as you can still access the "wrong" gamertag, you'll be fine. It's being sent as a code, rather than an automatic unlock in game, so you'll be able to redeem it on any gamertag you choose (or sell it on ebay for more than the price of the game which is what a lot of other people seem to be doing)
