Riddle help

    Nine paces from Tomes in cannon cove. Can’t find treasure. It’s the killing magillan quest. Please help.

    @bulitttoothtony if you didn't know already if you hold your compass and look at it, you walk out paces slowly!

    @bulitttoothtony there should be a book/some books (tomes). as suggested, if you 'use' your compass whilst you have it selected it will hold it up to your face and take deliberate paces that you can count.

    (should be the right trigger on a controller...maybe left mouse button on PC(?) )

    Yes. I did that. But to no avail. Just wanted to make sure I’m at least at the starting point. There’s a cave I’m assuming it’s the only one. And books with a candle and skull. I’m guessing the tomes

    @bulitttoothtony from what I remember, there is a cave...and an almost shelf bit with books, candles and maybe skull(s) on it. put your back to that and walk however many paces in the direction it says

    @bulitttoothtony counting the paces is wacky in this location with the compass. The pace length differs based on how much you tilt the stick making it very hard to count. I ended up just full tilt counting rather then crawling slowly.
