Can't stop getting the CINNAMONBEARD

  • The title says it all. I can't get on after I quit a game.

  • How do I fix this issue? Because no matter what I do it never opens for me.

  • @bhl-strath Yeah... I tried to help this galleon take a fort but they won't listen and they would want to kill me. decided to leave after the 5th time and now I can't join...

  • Its because the servers were not ready for the launch date. Go play something else for a while and hope they fix it by tomorrow. That's what I am doing.

    We were unable to connect you to the game. Please do the following:

    -Press the Guide Button on your controller
    -Highlight Sea of Thieves
    -Press the Menu Button (to the right of the Guide Button on your controller)
    -Highlight "Quit" and press A
    -Re-launch Sea of Thieves from your Pins, Recent or My Games & Apps areas of your console
    -Navigate the menu and join a game as usual

  • Started after leaving a server.
    Kiwibeard.
    Next was Lavenderbeard.
    Now it's Cinnamonbeard.
    Can't connect to my friends who are playing.
    Solo and full crew match making is not working for me on Xbox One S.

  • Getting the same error. Unfortunately this is frustrating.

  • This launch has been shaky at best. I’ve been lucky to get into a solo game here and there, but cannot join with my group. Now I cannot even manage to get into a solo game. So far I participated in all the scale tests; and greatly enjoyed it; but I am definitely dissatisfied with how the launch has gone. They should have looked at the preorder amount and been able to roughly gauge what the launch would look like. This is not a good start to what should have been an amazing experience.

  • I get that the servers may be busy, but what was the point of all of the full-scale betas if it didn't help weed out these issues?

    But how do I "Highlight Sea of Thieves" ? I'm on PC but I got a Xbox One Controller and after pressing the Guide Button (the one with Xbox logo) I don't know how to highlight the game so I can try the next steps. And how do you do these steps on PC without a controller?

  • Deleted my pirate.
    Created a new pirate.
    I can connect to the servers and join invites now.

  • I had the same problem most of last night. Joining with friends at matchmaking was virtually impossible.

    We had some success joining a random Galleon and whenever someone left I invited one of my friends

  • @dustlessboot me too on PC. With Galeon matchmaking no problem but in duo the game don't start, error matchmaking all times
