Just seen this post here about when the game goes live in different locations.

But i live in the UK and im a little confused, it says the following...
"United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal 3/19/2018 17:00 PDT 3/20/2018 0:00 UTC"
What does this mean for UK time GMT? Do i have to wait till 17:00 to play or can i play at midnight?
