The game will be region-locked even after the full release of the game? Anyone knows 100%? It's the first time I had so many problems with a game and if it is region-locked then i'm done with this.

@tre-oni Well XBOX Live and Microsoft seem to still do it. Pre-order is not available in my country and many other countries although I do not understand the reason of it. What I understand is they will lose a lot of money for this cause if it will be unavailable after the full release.
