this is because of the amount of people playing etc. you will get your gold eventually it just takes time :)

Those 240 gold I have in the video I got today from doing quests.
I did multiple quests yesterday and have not received any gold from them.
So I think "that ship has sailed" on me getting gold for those quests.

It doesn't really matter now since gold is reset at the end of the beta anyways.
But it's a very serious issue once the game is released.
Which is why I'm reporting it.

It seems the game only sends the "Get gold" request once.
It should really put the request into a stack, then retry until gold is received.

20 chests and counting.
A total of 2 have given gold (played since yesterday).

I guess that marks the end of the beta for me heh.

I have the same problem.
Played with a friend of me in one crew. We had 3 chests on the ship. Sailed back and sold them. My friend got the gold immediately. I got gold for 1 chest about 1 hour later...
That's annoying...
