Xbox gold membership required for Black Dog Pack or?????

    Ok so stupid question is Xbox gold required for the black dog pack or for just the game and if either why? And does it apply to PC? Was just getting ready to pre order and this stopped me in my tracks.

    This would be for Xbox players only because you won't be able to connect to multiplayer servers without a gold subscription 😉

    Exactly what was said here. PC players do not need a gold membership, but Xbox players do.

    To answer the initial question... kind of no... you'll be able to get the black dog pack without gold regardless of the console I believe... BUT you won't be able to play the game at all if you are on xbox and don't have gold.

    @thegreyghosst As all the friendly pirates have answered in this thread, you don't need XBL to get the pack but you will need XBL if you plan to play on Xbox. Similar to any other online game on Xbox. If you are on PC, no need for XBL to play.
