SOT on Switch 2

It would get my money and open up a ton of new gamers to the franchise

And be a technical nightmare just to reduce every thing to fit it.

That, plus they could easily make it a "cloud only" gaming experience if there truly are hardware limitations. I've played SOT on my cellphone 😂

@mapk-lli It has about the power of an Xbox Series S, but with better upscaling.

It definitely would help player numbers, but the question is if Rare has the dev-ressources right now to get and maintain another new game version (or if Microsoft is willing to invest in that at this point). Because a Switch 2 Update could also mean no actual new content in the game because of it...

If they do a Switch 2 version:

I'd love if they add Gyro-Controls (it works great in Splatoon 2).
They could also offer "Switch 2 Mouse" controls.

If it has Nintendo collab sets, I want a Lion King (Wind Waker) ship set!
