Expanding the golden Legendary Set

I love the golden Legendary Set so much.
I think its a missed opportunity to not have the other weapons, equipments and ship parts
to play with.
Does anybody has a reason to believe rare will expand the existing set and bring the idea to life,
that the set needs completion?
They were Legend Year 1 only... Maybe in a few years we got a Legend Year 10 only and just gift it to the people playing?
I mean 10 years is quite the milestone to reach for a live server game.
