Not getting credit from selling + can't access support pages

    I played SoT for 4 hours yesterday and we ran Fort Of The Damned 5 times and stacked all the loot. After going to the merchant and tried to sell, we were notified that items were being sold but the gold, reputation, and commendation progress were not moving up. We thought it was lag or something and it needed to catch up, but after a crew member gave up all hope he left the crew, and we remembered to sell 1 more reaper flag that we had stored in the cabin. That gave us credit, and after lowering the Athena level V flag we got credit aswell. It's like the game just missed all we did in the 3 hours before that other crew member left the ship.

    I clipped all that has happened and decided to make a support ticket and went on the website, logged in, and realized that eveytime I try to get onto a support page, that is discussions, ticket or any link that contains the word "support", I get this message that reads "Hold On There, Pirate. You'll need to login to access this content." I've logged in on xbox and windows apps from the same account yet I am soft locked out.

    How am I getting credit for the progress in the session i played yesterday? How do I even contact SoT support at this point and/or fix the issue?

  • I'm unable to submit a ticket as well. It creates an infinite loop of login.
