Rework the "throwable slot" into an equipment slot.

  • One recurring yet under discussed issue is the impracticality of loot weapons. Loot weapons often find themselves hoarded on ships but rarely actually used. so I have a fairly simple suggestion, allow the player to stow them into the same slot as their throwables.

    This is a balanced yet efficient solution, as it keeps a player from having a trident and blunderbombs, while still allowing the trident to be easier to actually carry into combat.
    for some clarity, you could only hold one of the loot weapons, it would take up "all five" throwable slots.
    youd have to have all your throwable slots filled to pick one up, and perhaps they could be stored on your back when not in use, to indicate the dangerous equipment a foe is carrying!

  • It doesn't feel right to have a trident take up the same amount of space as a horn of fair winds or an ashen winds skull.
