Failure of Support, Ticket system resolving without comment. Human assistance required.

  • I have multiple outstanding issues that require support resolution, and yet the support system has failed to provide any sensible conclusion or answer to my issues and continues to do so. I only post now in the forums due to the failure to receive a response of any kind within the support system.

    I will not specify the outstanding issues here, other than stating it is not a ban appeal. Yet every ticket made asking for assistance has been marked as "Solved" automatically without so much as an automated comment, leaving me entirely in the dark and without any explanation as to why these issues cannot be addressed let alone potential solutions. These issues are not game/client-side but regarding my account. Both are outstanding and require assistance. One issue in particular is severe in scale and may require escalation. This issue also involves personal information and therefore cannot be shared/spoken of in depth here, and likely requires nuance an automated system cannot resolve.

    I make this post in the hopes of getting any kind of actual human attention. The ticket system shuts down the tickets entirely before any comment is made. These issues require addressing, and that I've had to wrestle with the support system only to be utterly sandbagged for an entire week is unacceptable.

    To any users that may be able to help: Methods of contacting Support beyond the ticket system would be appreciated. I do not mean dox staff members; I mean official methods of contact.
    To any Rare/SoT Support Staff: Please contact me through my email or another method of preference so these issues can be addressed and resolved with utmost haste.

    Again, I am searching for actual staff assistance, not an automated response. Should this post be automatically removed or otherwise dismissed I will seek other methods of contact.

  • @raven12397 In addition to this, I also beg that they get CM's that will do weekends, it's frustrating to report something for it to not be resolved over 2-3 sometimes 4 days. They've gotten slower.

  • @raven12397 There is always a human reading your tickets. There is no automatic bot responses or triggers. What has usually happened when your tickets are marked 'solved' like this is that you've already been provided with an answer that will not change regardless of how many tickets you may file.

    That said, support is your one point of contact with this. As such I will be dropping anchor here.
