Let us use hats while wearing masks (suggestion)

The last two years or so, you have steadily been releasing masks for the player base to wear. I was personally very excited for the reaper masks, but to my great disappointment, I learned that they can't be worn with hats. Now, the thing is, some of the masks can be worn with hats like Briggys mask, while others can't.
I suggest that you make it so that every mask in the game can be worn with hats, allowing for more player customisation and expression.
