Hourglass matchmaking

Just started to get back into hour glass for the curses, for the most part the battles feel fairly balanced with the occassional full gold crew, the issue we seem to be getting is server side and ping based. Its getting painful to even attempt it, 390 ping in the last few games i've had, its impossible to play with that high a ping, all EU based team as well, if we can find a good game we get around 80 ping which is fine, but several games have been unplayable
