In order for an extra grog poured to be added to the milestone (in "The Rogue" tab), does anybody know if it needs to be filled up from empty, halfway or a little sip for one to count?

Helpful tip: you don’t get drunk while in the tunnels of the damned. Do with that information what you will… ;)
Another fantastic way to grind this one without getting drunk is the third Monkey Island Tall Tale.
When you're following the clues to find the oars for Herman's rowboat, there are two grog barrels and one near-grog barrel; you can refill as many times as you want from the near-grog barrel and not get drunk.
