Since the release of season 11 I can't find a lot of Athena skulls or kegs anymore when playing an Chest of Legends quest. Can anyone tell me where to find these items or through which quest I will likely find them? I know you can get Athena skulls through the Veil, but will you also get them through the Chest of Legends quest?

1 Legend of the veil
2 athenas fortune emmisary quest
3 fort of fortune
4 after an upcoming update the OG legendary voyages will be athena loot only as well (according to the recent news video)
