Ship's title, banner, logbook and crest don't shows me

    So I have lots of milestones (most of them 50+) but when i decided to change title, I just saw that page with decorations is empty.
    The only thing I have is ''The legendary guardian'' title which I setted before with sign ''Equipped by crewmate''.
