At the bottom of the map there should be some islands if monkey island isn’t already taking the spots

@rxghht from what we know currently monkey island will take place outside of the general SoT map (like A pirates life Tall Tale 1 and 3 )

however adding a whole new area to the map will only make the playerbase on each server more spread out, this is an issue because with the server limit of only having 6 ships on a server this would mean that interactions between crews become more inconsistent, while this may be a blessing for some it is not the vision for the game.

then you would say... well lets just add more ships and that is where the issue sits, the ships are single handedly the most resource intensive objects in the game and it is currently impossible to add more ships without absolutely tanking server performance.
