Captain Avery and her key

There is no way this bug is still in the game, unfkingreal. I played the cursed rouge talle when the game released on steam, and again today, the frist time (steam realease) the key was nowhere where i killed her, this second time the key is nowhere at all, unreal, how cant this still happend after all this time, especialy on a talle that`s this old and you want people to do it at least 5 times.
