Yes, as a reaper 5, we were trying to use it to portal hop, but the game doesn't know this, after 4 failed attempts of using the 3rd mission (failed as in after the first cinematic, we were teleported to an outpost) we tried using the 1st mission 3 times, and all 7 times in total, after the entrance cinematic, we were stuck at the exit portal (exiting the cinematic) for a good 30 seconds to 90 seconds, and then abracadabra, black screen, and we are on our ship at an outpost. We didn't even get INTO the Disney missions TO have the option to cancel. What if we were trying to do the Disney missions? Why won't it let us do them?
Disney Bug
There are still plenty of bugs with portal hopping a few new ones where spawning at an outpost and not hopping more common.
Also got one that got stuck in the tall take with no way to exist we were forced to quit the game.
Hoping Rare revisits portal hopping and makes it work better tbh since they have openly stated it is a new feature in the game that they intend to keep.
Right, but at this point in time, I'm not even trying to portal hop any more, I'm just trying to actually DO the first Disney mission, and after the cinematic display, I get booted back to an outpost, why can't we start a tall tail that we vote for, when it lets us go through the portal and shows us the cinematic for it?
I experienced this same but when attempted to actually complete the tall tale. It happened a few times and I eventually had to log out and back into a different sever. It's a pain for portal hoppers I'm sure, but annoying for those who just want to do the tall tale.
