I don’t know about the rest of you but I LOVE the Eastern Winds Jade set. It was added in for Christmas update last year but hasn’t been finished. I really love the set and think they should finish it this year, I think it would be amazing.

I'm not certain that's correct? There are sets with a few odds and ends missing, namely Bone Crusher with the lack of trousers, or the Silent Barnacle with no figurehead, but everything else is pretty much complete.
I too think they should find a way to complete the Jade Eastern Winds set.

@galactic-geek what are you on about? Most sets in the game are complete. While there are a bit of standalone cosmetics, they’re just that, standalone. The overachiever sails for instance aren’t part of any set.

Many are missing shirts, or peg-legs, or hair, or beards, or tattoos, or scars, or face paint, or tools, or weapons, or ships, or matching pet outfits - just to name a few. 😏

Ahh that is true, I'd forgotten how many odds and ends each set should technically have. I'd bet Rare sees these sets as complete as they never intend to produce shirts for fantastical sets like Bone Crusher, Parrot, Wailing Barnacle, etc... And certainly no intention to create a matching facepaint and tattoo for every set, I'd imagine.
I guess it does make you wonder if tools and weapons are the only items intended for that Jade Eastern winds set. It would be disappointing because I'd really like to see that green dragon recolor of the rest of our Ashen Dragon items.
I mean if they released it all at once, they wouldn't have anything to slowly sprinkle to the dedicated player/fan base and make the newer players ask when/how they can get a previous time limited item for watching someone else play the game at a specific time or doing an event during a specific time. And then since they can't ever get the whole set, they'll probably not bother trying to get the stuff that gets sprinkled in.
