I submitted two support ticket recently (#321155 and #320120) to report the fact that stolen rag and bone crates for Three Paces East Seapost did not count as stolen for me and my friends and I finally managed to fix it.
The problem was that one (or more) of my crewmate(s) did have their game in French and that in French, the commendation does not specify that the crate has to be stolen, so it just did not validated the commendation for the whole crew (but it did count for the other crates, who are correctly described in French and also for the "Bone Haul Bearer" commendation where we need to sell 50 rag and bone crates).
To fix it, my mate changed his language to English before selling the crate and when we sold it, it finally counted (it was the fifth times we were trying to sell this specific (stolen) crate, always with the same crew, and it never counted before for any of us).
I hope this will be patched soon and that this technique may help some of you in the meantime. ^^
