    U know noise quiets over distance, so for it to be hear seven tiles away (which for comparison is about from plunder outpost to morrows peak outpost) would be to loud to be aloud to put in the game. Also bag pipes dont exactly fit into a prate game, unless all the pirates r secretly irish
