Sea of Thieves Insider Rewards

This bug has been going on for a several months where my pirate’s progress from one update to another has carried over leaving me stuck at low levels of reputation and poor on gold and doubloons . Another issue is the fact that I haven’t been able to get insider program rewards while the other bug is happening, I’m guessing they are connected.
