Heart of fire glitch

I was solo doing the heart of fire talk tale. I went through the middle door and while in the room where you need to turn all 4 levers, I got stuck between a rock and a wall. Usually it would send me back to the boat but since I was in the underwater cave with a shut door it would have to spawn me back in the room. It gave me the black screen just like any other time some gets stuck, but instead of spawning somewhere I just fell through the ground and was at the bottom the ocean and could look up to see all the different rooms to the new heart of fire tall tale. It was interesting but I then realized I may have to restart the whole tall tale at no fault of my own, other than looking for a lever in a place it clearly was not. Luckily I was able to use a fire bomb to kill myself and it respawned me back in the room and I just had to find the levers again. Just wanted to make you aware about this.
