Missing Journals! - The Fate of the Morningstar

    I'm on a grind for all the x5 Tall Tales, and "The Fate of the Morningstar" was the next one in line. But I've come across one major problem; The Journals won't spawn on Old Faithful Isle. And before you ask; Of course I began the Tall Tale before I checked. I've checked multible times, different instances, but no books.

    I can't find any information about this, so either no one is doing the "Morningstar" Tall Tale, or I'm the only one currently with this issue.

    Any clues?

    EDIT: Okey, so now I've checked multible servers, had a friend check for me aswell, and we did also check the Insider build, but still no journals.

    Old faithful is no longer the only island the tale takes place on - try checking Kraken’s Fall as well.

    @gundy-the-shark Thanks for the reply. I did, but there's no guide for a potential Kraken's Fall Journals. That was my first thought aswell. But one my 4th playthrough, I did have Old Faithful for the storyline, but still no journals.

    For some reason they won't spawn.

    The journals should still be at the same place, no matter if you're on krakens fall

    I'm not completely sure, but there seems to be more bugs within this update

    Yeah I was gonna say the same thing...the journals dont move as far as I remember. Id raise a ticket about it if you're sure you're in the right place...that island is like a maze.

    Yes, I will for sure, thanks! I've checked both pictures and clips from the journal locations, so I'm 100% sure I've checked the right places. Even my friend who know of the locations didn't find any.

    This is 100% factual. I've had the same issue as well as multiple other members of my crew.

    They seem to have completely dissappeared from the Island.

    I got a respons from my Support Ticket. By the look of things it won't sadly be fixed until next update. So like a month from now. Guess I'll have to wait for my Gold Curse.

    That's weird, just did this last week and they were all there.

    @analee-blue I guess something happend with this update. Such a bad timing since I were grinding all the Tall Tales this week, and the update just happend to release right before this one. All the other Tall Tales I checked do have the Journals.

    I agree with you. I tried the set locations at old faithful for the journals on every step of this quest, at no point did any out of the five journals spawn. This must be a bug and i will be raising my own ticket. Just thought you should know your not alone.
