Umbra feels like the least important addition to the game so far.

    Umbra is the last thing I would have asked to be added.
    Im all up for buying pets if there is a content update that adds depth to being a legend. Untill then I wont spend more than the 60€ I paid prerelease.

    Agreed. This update is a disgrace to the game. Don't include Legends in the game and not add new content to entice Legens to play further. This was a real let down. I don't want to sail around looking for 'easter eggs' and buy tattoos...Rare should be ashamed of themselves.

    I kind of wish they added like..Scars instead of Tattoos in a way. How many Scars does the game have? Compare to tattoos? Wide difference.

    It's a small update to allow rare staff some time around the holidays. Relax. It's not a great update, but it's better then nothing and it's clearly part of a build towards a major update

    Still wasting time on things like umbra. The work they put down on her could have been used for other much more wanted things. I cant even sell reaperschest in the game anymore.

    Feels as if rare gets lost in the roadmap sometimes. I think they start project like legendary hideout and arena tavern in adventure and it gets too complicated to finish so they push it to the future and focus on easier things like Umbra...

    The problem with it is it's more of a permanent feature to the game whereas the updates we have been used to were based more along the lines of getting the new content done within that month of release(reaper runs, cargo runs, Gifts etc).

    With Umbra we can just chip away at it for months without the fear of not getting it finished in time.

    We need more endgame content that's the big gap I feel needs filling in the game right now, lots of Pirate Legends myself included with nothing to do.

    I like the fact that the tattoos now have a specific person; it didn't fit where it was.I hope they move the other, older, tattoos as well to her.

    I think this is just a start and can be expanded, but I guess people will be complaining that it will be rehashing content again. Can't wait to do the thrones again for a tattoo... 😏

    Been legend since 08-2018 and im still waiting for the legend content. They hyped the "becoming legend" and still almost 2 years since launch I still find myself holding on to those old promises.

    I love the idea of having a way of celebrating actual players and their accomplishments - it actually gives you something to strive for!

    @mysticshadowzx That's not related. The problem isnt the easteregs and such. It s making a quest to go find them and get a tattoo instead of delivering on soon 2 year old promises. If Rare had been honest from launch about the roadmap there wouldnt be a problem for me. Ive been waiting every patch to get the legend content after the Insane grind in the old days. Athenas quest was a quickfix that became permanent.
