Marble beard error

    I was in the middle of my game with my crew and now I keep getting this marblebeard error and my crew still playing but it wont let me back on I've tried everything restarting my xbox restarted my wifi but nothing is working can someone help please

    hello. I have never experienced MarbleBeard myself however it seems to be a problem with your connection to the sea of thieves servers. there is a feature in the xbox app which should give info about your connection to multiplayer servers.
    it can be found somewhere along the lines of:

    on Xbox app (if on PC)
    Select Settings.
    Select Network.
    a list of details should load. make sure the following are as follows.

    NAT type: open
    server connectivity: connected.

    If those details match and the problem persists, i would suggest sending a support ticket.
