merchant alliance gameplay is probably the worst thing ive played including all games ive ever played, prove me wrong

@musicmee nah theres somewhat "cool" missions in hunters call but merchant alliance doesnt even have a mission that surpasses being a 2/10
@escoliosis88 Yeah the animal collecting missions used to be so much better before diving and normalised payouts got introduced. Long gone are the days of 8 gold chickens to be collected!
The better way to do it now is via shipwreck voyages and raid dives.
@escoliosis88 Honestly.... back in my day, all there was, was chickens... snakes... pigs... And those merchant crates. We had Crate of Silks, Crates of Tea, Fine Sugars, exquisite spices & Ancient Bone Dust... Exquisite Spices and Ancient Bone dust were the most sought out loot items if the time where you had enough of feeding the greedy pigs, or trying to keep the Pigs & chickens alive from the snakes... Oh yes, those were the times and that was when it was at it's worst! Then came the Powder Keg Barrels... back then we thought they were scary, but now I look back, they were nothing compared to now with ship damage a thing! And lastly, there were no sovereigns, no harpoons, just manual labour backwards and forwards - So now, it is Fishing I'm afriad. I'd rather watch paint dry! ;)

Fishing I found is one of those activities where you definitely can't do it alone, it definitely passes the time easier if you're fishing while chatting with a buddy or any other crew who joins in. I like fishing but I'm not the biggest fan of it if I solo sloop it for a day and do it myself. I think the problem therein is my friends are (understandably) not too inclined to join in either, so it ends up not being done either way...

@shadowfox32 Yes lost shipment voyages got a big nerf they used to worth doing sadly not now only fir commendations .
Year 1 we done noahs ark on a galley spent time collecting crates then sit on crooked masts and fill snake and chicken crates pigs we collected when needed to not have to keep feeding them with banana,s as that the only fruit we had.
But people dont know a grind like it was to get athena 10 was rough 8 maps 2 animal deliveries to be completed or voyage had to time out or be cancelled 2 skeleton maps to kill 2 riddle maps 2 x-spot maps all for 1 athena chest 93 to get athena 10 i believe it was .
Now loot is more abundant why not sail get ashen keys then get eternal guard keys plenty of merchant goodies in that vault and dip shipwrecks .
The chuckle noahs ark 7 gold chickens was a big payday. >-)
