More musical instruments and theme music (Halo, Fable, Gears etc).
It would be great to play their music. Moreover, we need more instruments, like the violin!
One last thing, we should add a mechanic that allows us to choose the music we want to play, it's annoying that it's all random.

I watched the trailer of unsc ship skin and the halo music theme was awesome, it will be very great to play it in sea of theves with struments@galactic-geek I don't think it takes much. They reproduced Halo's music in the ship's item trailer, so why not put it in the game too?
I agree here and I guess a couple of new songs would "revive" the use of instruments. I guess Rare will introduce some when they introduce new instruments.
Maybe it would be a nice idea to sell new songs in the store so we have some more things do spent our coins on. Along the same line, it would be nice to choose songs somehow. Maybe just like selecting a playlist in some kind of menu or in a "jukebox" in the ship or at the outpost. So one could select a playlist of favourite songs which then come up randomly when you play an instrument (basically like it is at the moment, but with previously chosen songs).
By the way, one song I could imagine is "Ghost Riders in the Sky". Ok, It's a more a cowboy songs rather than a pirate one, but I think it would fit nicely here aswell.
