[Spoiler alert] Towards the very end when you complete the puzzle and collect the shroudbreaker stone, if you accidentally drop the stone while in the underwater cave it will float towards the surface and get stuck in the ceiling. Please fix this issue, as it sucks to lose your progression to this bug.

I would advise you put in a support ticket
My buddy and I were doing the stars of a thief tall tale. We were at Uncharted Island N3 at the underwater cave and were plugging in the gems into the statue and it gave us the Crab Totem. After this we unlocked the Vault and lit all of the flames but there were no pages added to our books therefore we drowned in the vault because we did not know the combination to get the water to stop pouring in. Very frustrating after we just spent a hour and a half leading up to this.
