Small change to The Fate of the Morningstar tall tale.

  • The book you receive on the ferry of the damned should be illegible when yo go back to the world of the living. It would make the quest a little bit more interesting in that you'd either have to keep dying to read it or have a crew member on the ferry. It could also potentially make players linger around at the ferry for longer and interact with other pirates, something that rarely happens. Everyone wants out of the ferry asap, but nobody every stops to have a polite lil chat.

  • @v-slavman No offense but this suggestion would just make an already tedious quest even more tedious. Not only would it make it incredibly difficult for solo players to have to do the quest, any ship would basically be a man down for a decent amount of time. There is also the fact that it is just unnecessary, why is this needed?

  • @exeternautical It's a small incentive to try to get crews to linger on the ferry a while longer. There's absoloutely nothing to do on the ferry, so almost everyone just faces the door and waits for the drums. At the very least this addition would see more people on the ferry.

It could also lead those who have completed the quest to help those who need help. And having a man down isn't all that detrimental. They could simply take a screenshot of the riddle, and as a solo slooper, unless you're in the heat of a battle, it's not going to be that big of a deal.
