The coin flip

I think it's a grand idea, honestly. Simple, yet useful for many situations.

Could even be added to riddles.... "flip a coin heads to reveal the next path", kind of thing. And would give you something tangible for your rank purchases.

I really hope that rare listens to this simple yet elegant idea.

A basic coin would be given at the beginning of a pirates life. A new coin given for each faction raised to 50 and then a legends coin followed by a Athena’s fortune coin for the more elite pirates!

Love this idea. Would be great to add it to your wheel of equipment and use right trigger to flip the coin and then left trigger to hold it out and show everyone what side it landed on. Could even make one side gold, the other silver so it's easy for others to see.

Great idea! A very simple mechanic that can be used to enable many complex behaviors -- a game designer's dream. Hope some Rare employee reads this, chuckles to himself, then suddenly thinks "Wait -- we could actually do this"
